While at my sister's wedding in May, I was asked by my mother-in-law to make cupcakes for my sister-in-law's wedding (which was this last weekend). Of course I agreed to make them. Though I haven't working solely with frosting, I took the challenge thinking I had a few months to practice. That didn't happen! I frosted them at the cabin...but forgot my frosting recipe so I made it from scratch and memory. Turned out pretty good! And yes, I did make more than 9...I ended up with about 45...and came up 6 cupcakes short on my frosting! Talk about annoying! They were a hit by all!
